We are a Germany-based boutique consulting firm serving clients across Germany and the European Union, with an offshore base in Bangalore, India. We specialize in delivering high-quality SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) solutions and are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team. Our Indian entity, BayernTech Private Limited, Bangalore, works closely with our parent company, PASQUAN UG, Munich, Germany, to deliver SAP consulting services to international clients.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP ABAP Consultant with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience who is eager to upgrade into the SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant role. The selected candidate will receive structured and comprehensive training in SAP EWM. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be deployed on challenging client projects involving SAP EWM implementation, support, enhancement, and integration topics. This is an excellent opportunity for an ABAP consultant who is serious about building a long-term career in SAP EWM and gaining exposure to EU/German clients.

Position Details

• Salary: Up to INR 11 Lakhs per annum (includes INR 1 Lakh bonus component)
• Work Week: 5 days
• Annual Leave: 20 days per year

Key Responsibilities

• Learning and mastering SAP EWM through our structured training program.
• Transitioning into an SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant role.
• Working on challenging SAP projects for global clients.
• Supporting SAP ABAP developments, enhancements, debugging, and technical analysis.
• Understanding business requirements and supporting SAP EWM-related solution delivery.
• Self-managing assigned tasks and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
• Collaborating effectively with teams across India and Germany.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
• Good understanding of SAP technical concepts, debugging, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and related ABAP development areas.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strong willingness to learn SAP EWM and move into a techno-functional consulting role.
